Imperium Care Enterprises, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates www.imperiumcare.com (the "Service"). This page explains your California right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and how to exercise that right with us.

2. What "sell" and "share" mean under California law

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, "sell" means disclosing your personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Share" means disclosing your personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeting ads to you based on your activity across different websites).

You do not need to create an account with us to submit an opt-out request, and we will not require you to verify your identity to process one. We may ask you basic questions so we can locate the personal information associated with you.

6. What happens after you opt out

  • We will process your opt-out request within 15 business days.
  • Once you have opted out, we will not sell or share your personal information unless you later give us permission to do so.
  • We will wait at least 12 months before asking you to opt back in to the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • You can confirm the status of your opt-out at any time by contacting us using the methods in Section 5.

7. Authorized agents

You may authorize another person or a business entity registered with the California Secretary of State to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave them signed permission to act for you.

8. No discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you opted out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

We may update this page from time to time. We will post the updated page here and revise the effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
